When done properly, a good seal coating maintenance schedule will extend the life of your asphalt and minimize repairs to save you money over the life of your pavement.

Crack Sealing: Harsh northwest conditions such as rain and freezing temperatures are two main causes for cracks forming in your asphalt. Cracks in return can lead to costly repairs. Neglecting these cracks allows water to penetrate the pavement, softening the asphalt and resulting in premature failure of the surface. Here at JAM, we use a hot rubberized crack filler to fill in the cracks that allow water in under your asphalt.

Line Striping: Parking lot striping and marking is the finishing touch in creating the image you want for your property. At JAM Sealcoating, we pay special attention to the details by using DOT Approved traffic paint, high quality marking stencils and adhere to ALL parking lot standards. We have years of experience in both new and existing parking layouts, traffic flow improvements, and bringing existing lots up to current standards. This includes providing all ADA / Handicap painting regulations.

Signage and Other Services: In addition to the above services, we are able to thoroughly clean your asphalt.  We are able to do so with the use of high powered pressure washers and rotary brooms. This includes the removal of moss, weeds, embedded dirt and any other non relative material to the asphalt.

Asphalt Repair: At JAM, we are able to repair your neglected asphalt that includes the formation of potholes and alligatored areas.  We are able to do so by cutting out and replacing existing pieces of asphalt with new hot mix.
